Monalisa is not responsible or liable for packages that are lost or damaged in the process of shipping. Customs duties, taxes, and related brokerage fees are payable by the customer. These fees are not included in the online purchase price and are imposed based on the laws of the destination country.

Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of 3% of the total amount will apply. Shipping costs are non refundable.
