All items purchased online are FINAL SALE. However, if you somehow received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can further assist you.
Monalisa is not responsible or liable for packages that are lost or damaged in the process of shipping. If you would like to upgrade to shipping with insurance and/or tracking, please contact us through email.
Any cancelation will have a 3% charge.
